How are the items posted?
We send all of our s-mash-ing gifts via our Royal Mail courier pals.
For large, or special deliveries we use our partners MyHermes, DPD or UPS. You can choose which option is best for you during check out.
How long will it take to receive my personalised items?
There is a 1-2 business day processing and creations time on all orders. This is due to the personalised nature of the item, each parcel is lovingly created and carefully packaged. We don’t want any ugly gifts going out!
What is the difference between the billing address and shipping address?
The billing address is your personal address, this normally needs to match the credit card you are using to purchase your s-mash-ing spud.
Where do you post your items to?
We currently post to the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Belgium Ireland and the Netherlands. You can select your desired country during check out.
How much is international postage?
This varies depending on the delivery country, postage rates start at £6.99 with delivery time between 3-7 business days via courier. All orders are dispatched from the UK.
How will I know when the gift is delivered?
When your new best-spud has been dispatched you will receive an email from our courier pals. This will include all the tracking information and an estimated delivery time. If you do not receive this please let us know and we’ll send you the details and throw potatoes at our courier in your honour.
What if my gift never arrives?
Oh no! A lost and lonesome parcel, this is our greatest fear. If this has happened please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will look into it for you.
What if I don’t know my friend’s address?
Try having your parcel mailed to their workplace or their family home instead. Otherwise you can have the gift mailed to yourself and you can gift it in person and see their reaction! If you are unsure about the receiver’s postcode we can always help you with this, simply leave a note on your order or send us an email.
Can I cancel or refund my order?
Due to the personalised and/or perishable nature of the items on our website, once orders are placed we are unable to refund or cancel your order.
Can I change the delivery address or message?
Once an item has been dispatched we cannot change or alter the delivery address. Unfortunately, it’s your responsibility to ensure the details are correct (booo). If they are wrong we cannot guarantee delivery and you may have to order another potato!
How much is postage within the UK?
Luckily for you, our best-spud, standard delivery (3-5 business days from dispatch) within the UK is completely free if your order totals more than £10! That's right, free!
Priority postage (1-3 business days from dispatch) is £3.99 and guaranteed next business day delivery is £6.99.
